Yesterday Jess and I went out of town to get some business stuff done and we were observing people and their energy, like always. We can’t help it, it’s who we are.

Jess looked at some lady driving and was like “wow she looks like she hates her life” and I was like she’s probably a fucken SETTLER. That’s my new term for people who just settle for a shit life that they hate. We could feel her energy on a busy highway, poor lady. It sucked to see, part of me felt bad, the other part was like you have a choice lady makes some damn changes!

I swear I’ve been walking by people lately and I can feel the stagnation coming off of their bodies. It literally hurts my head like I’m being put in a vice. How the fuck do you walk around with NOTHING to live for? YOU CHOOSE THIS.

Humans barely live past 100 years old because most are DEAD inside by their mid twenties. I’m really beginning to believe your mindset is more important than the other factors that may age humans. We know we are being poisoned through our food, air, water etc, I’m really beginning to believe your mindset can be the most prominent aspect to living longer or putting you on your death bed.

I’ve literally had people in their twenties tell me they are getting old! Bitch WHAT? Say that again?! I’m 35 and I’m in BETTER shape than I’ve ever been in my whole life, I have tons of energy and feel like I’m still in my twenties. I honestly can’t wait until I turn 40 because I KNOW I will be sexier, stronger, rich as fuck and have had accomplished so many goals. I look FORWARD to LIVING LIFE.
