When I first started my business back in 2014 I looked at every expense as money leaving my pocket. I looked at every expense as a burden and an “ugggh” feeling through my body.

As the years went on and I started to learn more about running a business, I realized every investment I made was a huge part of my expansion. Now I’ll drop $5k, $10k, $20k likes it’s nothing.

I will admit, I forget what it’s like to be in the old mindset, “consumer mindset” with all the fears and scares around investing. My coach was like “be nice” and I’m like “ugghh, I’ve taken every god damn chance, leap, scary dark tunnel into the unknown over the past 8 years, how the hell do I get back in that frame or mindset to even remember?”

So I started reminiscing down memory lane, when I first started investing. I remember $300 for a healing modality was a lot, I remember $800 for my hypnosis certification was a lot.

Let’s talk about the return of investment (ROI) with my hypnosis certification. That was one of the best investments I ever made!!! I literally use what I learned in my two hypnosis trainings all the time. If I said no to that I don’t know where my business would be. I was so scared when I did it, like “omg it’s so much money”, it’s literally made my business well over hundreds of thousands, not only the money, but what I learned....ABSOLUTELY PRICELESS

I’m so in love with doing past life regressions, soul retrieval, energy mergers, and I use the techniques for my Spirit Circles which help my business explode in 2016-2018. It’s crazy how I took to 2 hypnosis certifications for (if I remember correctly $800 each) it changed my whole business around completely. It helped with my healings, meditations, activations, and basically everything I do.

So moral of the story, fuck yes it’s scary, it’s hard, you feel like you’re doing something wrong, but you’re not. If you are investing in learning, self care, self awareness and knowledge from someone who can teach you skills that you couldn’t learn on your own you are doing the damn thing! You can’t lose, skills can’t be lost. The only thing that is a lose lose is STAYING WHERE YOU ARE BECAUSE OF FEAR.

YOU ARE ALWAYS INVESTING, whether it’s your time, your energy or your money. It’s up to you as to what you choose to invest in. Nothing in life is free, you will always be investing in something.

You choose whether it’s to waste your time or to expand and excel. You choose when you buy the crap you don’t need or choose the course or teacher that will change your life.

.
I hear the excuses and then I see the bullshit. I can’t invest in (x) but you’ll drop the same amount on a night out, a bag, or waste your time with someone who’s doing nothing but holding you back.

Everyday you wake up and participate in life you are investing.
