This Privacy Policy explains how Ascension NXT LLC, doing business as Ashley V – Ascension NXT (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our websites, join our email list, complete a form, make a purchase, book a service, participate in a program or membership, attend an event, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with our business.
By using our websites or providing personal information to us, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. This policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of information:
1.1 Contact and identity information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, mailing or billing address, social-media handle, account name, and similar identifiers.
1.2 Transaction information, such as the products or services purchased, transaction date, amount, payment status, discounts, refunds, and billing details. Payment-card numbers and bank information are generally collected and processed directly by third-party payment processors rather than stored by us.
1.3 Account and participation information, such as login details, membership status, course progress, attendance, bookings, form responses, questions, survey answers, community posts, messages, and communications with us.
1.4 Service-related information you voluntarily provide in connection with coaching, mentorship, readings, channeling, hypnosis, energy work, spiritual education, or other services. This may include personal goals, business information, spiritual beliefs or experiences, emotional concerns, health-related context, relationship information, or other sensitive details you choose to disclose.
1.5 Website and device information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location derived from an IP address, access times, cookie identifiers, and similar usage information.
1.6 Marketing information, such as your communication preferences, email engagement, advertising interactions, lead-magnet requests, event interests, and responses to promotional campaigns.
1.7 Audio, visual, and testimonial information, such as photographs, videos, audio, event footage, recorded calls, reviews, or testimonials, when collected with appropriate notice or permission.
1.8 Information from other sources, such as payment platforms, scheduling tools, course or community platforms, social networks, referral partners, event hosts, analytics providers, and advertising partners, subject to their policies and your settings.
2. HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION
We may collect information:
• Directly from you when you purchase, register, book, subscribe, complete a form, communicate with us, or participate in an Offering;
• Automatically through cookies, pixels, log files, analytics tools, and similar technologies when you use our websites or emails; and
• From service providers, platforms, referral sources, public posts, and other third parties where permitted by law.
3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We may use personal information to:
• Process purchases, payments, subscriptions, refunds, and account activity;
• Deliver courses, memberships, events, appointments, coaching, readings, and other requested services;
• Schedule sessions and send confirmations, reminders, access instructions, and service updates;
• Create, maintain, authenticate, and support accounts;
• Personalize services and respond to questions or requests;
• Operate and moderate communities, programs, and events;
• Send newsletters, announcements, promotions, and marketing where permitted by law;
• Understand website usage and improve our websites, content, products, services, and customer experience;

• Detect fraud, enforce agreements, collect valid balances, maintain safety, and protect our rights and systems;
• Maintain business, tax, accounting, insurance, and legal records;
• Comply with applicable law, legal process, or government requests; and
• Carry out another purpose disclosed when the information is collected or to which you consent.
4. SENSITIVE AND SERVICE-RELATED INFORMATION
Some information you voluntarily share during a service may be sensitive or deeply personal. Please disclose only what you are comfortable sharing and what is reasonably necessary for the service.
We use sensitive information only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, operate our business, protect safety and legal rights, or for another purpose disclosed to you. Where applicable law requires consent to process sensitive information, we will seek that consent.
We are not a medical provider, mental-health provider, financial institution, or law firm, and information shared with us is not protected by physician-patient, psychotherapist-patient, attorney-client, or similar professional privilege. Please do not use our forms, email, text messages, or community platforms to send emergency information.
5. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
Our websites and service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to keep websites functioning, remember preferences, understand traffic, measure email or advertising engagement, prevent fraud, and improve services.
Some technologies are necessary for website functionality. Others may involve analytics or advertising. Depending on the website platform and your location, you may be able to manage nonessential cookies through a cookie banner or preference tool. You may also adjust browser settings to block or delete cookies, although doing so may affect functionality.
Where required by law, we honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals for targeted advertising or data sales. Because “Do Not Track” signals do not have a uniform legal standard, our websites may not respond to them unless required by applicable law.
6. EMAIL AND TEXT COMMUNICATIONS
We may send transactional communications that are necessary to fulfill a purchase or service, including receipts, appointment reminders, access details, account notices, and program updates.
We may also send marketing emails when you subscribe, request content, purchase from us, or otherwise provide permission as allowed by law. You may unsubscribe through the link in any marketing email. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary transactional messages.
If we offer marketing text messages, enrollment is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. We do not share text-message opt-in consent with third parties for their independent marketing.
7. HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION
We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients for legitimate business purposes:
7.1 Service providers that support website hosting, checkout and payment processing, accounting, email delivery, scheduling, video conferencing, course delivery, file storage, customer support, community management, analytics, advertising, cybersecurity, and other business operations.
7.2 Professional advisers, such as attorneys, accountants, insurers, consultants, and collection providers, when reasonably necessary.
7.3 Event partners, co-hosts, venues, or contractors when necessary to administer an event or collaborative Offering and consistent with what was disclosed to you.
7.4 Government agencies, courts, law enforcement, or other parties when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, or necessary to protect safety, rights, property, or prevent fraud or abuse.
7.5 A buyer, successor, or adviser in connection with a proposed or completed merger, sale, financing, reorganization, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate protections.
7.6 Other parties at your direction or with your consent.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, if we use third-party advertising or analytics technologies, disclosure of identifiers or internet activity to those partners may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for targeted advertising under certain state privacy laws. Where those laws apply, you may opt out as described in Section 12.
8. PAYMENT PROCESSING
Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. Those providers collect and process payment information under their own privacy policies and security practices. We generally receive limited transaction details and do not receive or store your complete payment-card number. You should review the privacy policy of the payment provider shown at checkout.
9. GROUPS, COMMUNITIES, AND PUBLIC FEATURES
Information you post in a group, membership, community, livestream, event chat, comment section, or other shared space may be visible to other participants or the public. We cannot control how other people use information you voluntarily disclose in these spaces.
Do not share another participant’s personal information, screenshots, recordings, stories, or confidential disclosures without permission. Please use discretion when deciding what to post or discuss.
10. RECORDINGS, PHOTOS, AND TESTIMONIALS
We provide notice when a group call, class, workshop, or event is recorded. If you do not wish to appear in a virtual group recording, you may keep your camera off, use a display name where permitted, and avoid speaking or posting identifying information. Private one-to-one sessions will not be recorded by us without notice and consent.
We will not use your name, image, private message, story, or results as public marketing content without appropriate permission. If you voluntarily publish a review or tag us in public content, we may reshare the public post with attribution unless you ask us to stop. Material edits or use in paid advertising require additional permission.
11. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining purchase and program records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, meeting tax and accounting obligations, protecting safety, and complying with law.
Retention periods vary depending on the type of information, the service involved, legal requirements, and operational needs. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it. Backup copies may remain for a limited period until overwritten or deleted through routine processes.
12. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS AND CHOICES
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to:
• Confirm whether we process your personal information;
• Request access to personal information we maintain about you;
• Request correction of inaccurate information;
• Request deletion of certain information;
• Request a portable copy of information you provided;
• Opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal information, or certain profiling;
• Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; and
• Appeal a denial of a privacy request where applicable.
To submit a request, email ascensionnxt@gmail.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” Describe the request and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant records. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authority and identity verification.
We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If we deny a request, you may appeal by emailing the same address with the subject line “Privacy Appeal” and explaining why you believe the decision should be reconsidered. You may also have the right to contact your state attorney general or privacy regulator.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. Certain information may be exempt, and we may retain information needed to complete transactions, comply with law, protect rights, prevent fraud, or establish or defend legal claims.
13. SECURITY
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. No website, email, messaging platform, storage system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. You provide information electronically at your own risk and are responsible for protecting your account credentials.
If you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, contact us promptly at ascensionnxt@gmail.com.
14. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND PLATFORMS
Our websites and Offerings may link to or operate through third-party websites, social networks, payment processors, scheduling systems, video platforms, course hosts, and community services. We do not control their privacy or security practices. Their handling of your information is governed by their own policies, which you should review.
15. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our websites and Offerings are intended for adults and are not directed to children under thirteen (13). We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under thirteen. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate. Purchases and participation in our Offerings are restricted to individuals eighteen (18) or older unless we expressly state otherwise and obtain any legally required consent.
16. INTERNATIONAL USERS
We are based in the United States. If you access our websites or Offerings from another country, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other locations where our providers operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use legally recognized safeguards for international transfers.
17. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, services, technology, or legal obligations. The revised policy will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. When required by law, we will provide additional notice or request consent before a material change applies.
